- JHJason HMar 18, 20221.0I went in to change my address and get a new debit card, they didn't change my address. I called them and they were too busy talking about someone going to eat with someone's sister to talk to me and actually help me. Very unprofessional.

Also , I've been told to come back sometimes due to lack of management and not having enough cash for change or access to safe ???? Needs more employment, other than that it's a normal small bank !

This branch regularly opens late and the manager lacks basic customer service skills. On multiple occasions, the manager has made me wait to take someone else’s business first as if my business isn’t as important. She doesn’t ask if it’s ok to take someone else first nor does she apologize for it afterwards.
