  Worst bank ever to deal with. They do not explain their bullshit rules when opening accounts. We waited 3 weeks for debit cards and had no access to our money other than going to the branch to withdrawal. When depositing checks you do not get all of your money then you have to wait several days. One person will tell you one thing and then another will tell you something different. No one at the bank knows what's going on. A lot of places will deny you if you use this bank for anything. Worst thing we have done in 10 plus years was open a account at this bank.

  I went in to change my address and get a new debit card, they didn't change my address. I called them and they were too busy talking about someone going to eat with someone's sister to talk to me and actually help me. Very unprofessional.

  Nice employees but this branch is poorly managed. I do business here 6 days a week. This branch regularly opens late and the manager lacks basic customer service skills. On multiple occasions, the manager has made me wait to take someone else’s business first as if my business isn’t as important. She doesn’t ask if it’s ok to take someone else first nor does she apologize for it afterwards.
