- JBjoe brownApr 10, 20262.0I want to apologize to to young lady at PNC credit union in Fairhope for losing my temper. I stopped by their ATM to get some cash, the transaction processed but never dispensed any money. I ponder for a moment, and I have a carload of grocery’s. I thought well they can fix it inside, and they need to know their ATM is malfunctioning. The teller was very helpful until she realized I was not a member, she approached a young man I assume was a manager, and he just shrugged me off saying I would have to file paperwork at my bank to refute the charge. I‘m standing there thinking I‘m here doing you a favor, and your going to generate a lot more unhappy customers. In frustration I exclaim loudly that their service was horrible, and stormed out. The money had been refunded, and my blood pressure had returned to normal.
