Jamica saw me with my 6 year old son and 2 month old baby, she walked over and offered to assist me because she could tell that I was a bit flustered and overwhelmed. After explaining the situation that I was in, not only did she offer to assist me but she did it after hours, the bank was closing and she chose to stay late to help me. I walked into that bank frustrated, irritated and simply wanting answers and Jamica made that happen! She didn’t have to assist me, she could’ve allowed me and my children to walk right out of the door that day. I honestly cannot thank her enough for what she did for me, she is truly one of a kind! PNC is blessed to have someone who cares for people the way that she does! Keep up the great work Jamica, you’re living proof that they’re some great people in this world ❤️
