  Jamica Baxter that’s the post! But no seriously I walked into PNC last Thursday on Feb 26, totally in distress and needing answers. Jamica saw me with my 6 year old son and 2 month old baby, she walked over and offered to assist me because she could tell that I was a bit flustered and overwhelmed. After explaining the situation that I was in, not only did she offer to assist me but she did it after hours, the bank was closing and she chose to stay late to help me. I walked into that bank frustrated, irritated and simply wanting answers and Jamica made that happen! She didn’t have to assist me, she could’ve allowed me and my children to walk right out of the door that day. I honestly cannot thank her enough for what she did for me, she is truly one of a kind! PNC is blessed to have someone who cares for people the way that she does! Keep up the great work Jamica, you’re living proof that they’re some great people in this world ❤️

  Today was a bad experience at the bank starting out the new year 26. As I approach the bank and sitting in my car for about 30 min for the bank to open I notice a frew cars in the parking lot . I park a parking lot in front of the bank I was waiting on the bank to . I believe this guy was the. Manger. If the bank my car widow s was tinted and my car widow was down a little. He walk up to my about tint for the bank open. With in 4min He has all the time walk up to my car . But another employer park between my car and didn't expect anything out of order. Than went back trying help about card, I was telling the person what was going on with my card . He help me and explain what was going on. Then the other guy step in the conversation cutting me off while try trying to explain and to get a better understanding. I think the manger was very rude and I didn't like a bit. I went to another bank and better understanding. And they took time to help .me. But the branch in Dothan didn't do that. Manger quick call the police which didn't do . That's vibe I got .

  I was told by a customer rep that opening an account with PNC would be the fastest way to cash checks I receive from a client who banks here. So December 1st with the check in hand I drove the hour to Dothan to open an account, the representative KNEW what the monthly amount was going to be for mobile deposit and she NEVER said anything about a $2500. She also knew I lived an hour away and said that mobile deposit was the best solution. The end of December, I received The monthly payment for January. I attempted to mobile deposit but there was a $2500 limit. I wasted an hour of my life with customer service attempting to get an increase and was told no. I was also told I was welcome to find a bank that better met my needs. I then drove an hour to Dothan and was told the limit would increase to $5000 after 30 days but to ask the client to split the payment into 2 checks...done. I just received payment for February. I've had my account for 7 weeks and attempted to do a mobile deposit. I'm still at a $2500 limit. Now I'm on hold. I've been on hold for over 10 minutes. Fingers crossed...So just spoke to customer service rep and she told me 180 days, lmao. I'm on hold for a supervisor but in these 25 minutes I've been on hold, I've decided to close my account.

  Worse bank ever!! No tellers, the call wait is awful,and when you do get thru, no one knows any answers !!!
