After I informed the bank in advance that I was planning to transfer funds from my own verified cryptocurrency exchange account (a fully legal U.S.-regulated platform) to my personal Bryant Bank account, the bank immediately and unilaterally closed my account — without asking any questions or clarifying the source of funds. This decision seems unfair and discriminatory toward clients who work with digital assets. The transfer was supposed to come directly from my personal account, not from any third party, and the exchange complies with U.S. law. Such a reaction shows a lack of understanding and flexibility toward modern financial tools and responsible customers. I expected transparency, communication, and professionalism — but instead, my account was just closed without any discussion.

The Bryant Bank Family helped me tremendously with my financial matters of my business at the time and supported me in any one they could, allowing me to cater the grand opening of the first location.Many of the team is still in that location today. Their customer service has been the best I've ever experienced in a bank. Phones are answered by real people at the local branch, and if there is ever a problem I get a phone call BEFORE any extra charges are added to my account.
