Then last week my account was closed right after my direct deposit was deposited and I was unaware that it was going to happened. After having to call many times trying to fix it I was told the account was closed due to the banker where I opened my account put in the wrong date of birth for me. So now I have not yet received my money from the bank, my phone has been cut off because I was unable to pay the bill and now my electricity is going to be cut off. The customer service agents did not care about what was happening due to not being able to access my money. I am extremely upset and I am unsure about what I am going to do now.

Just a terrible location for PNC, I will not be banking at that location ever. Might change banks, terrible move to that location.
