- JHJeanne HutchisonAug 19, 20221.0My PNC Money Market account was listed as inactive with no advance warning. This caused automatic monthly deposits to be turned away and the need to set up other arrangements at an inconvenience to me. I was notified AFTER it went inactive that the balance would be turned over to the state of Alabama if I didn't respond by a certain date. I did respond, but since the account was already inactive, there wasn't time to prevent the deposit fiasco.

I work in customer service and understand how you are treated sometimes in a customer facing environment, but her reaction was very strange. Will be changing banks for all 3 of my family members that use this bank immediately!
