  This atm is a joke. This is the second time in 3 months that the atm has eaten my money. Now I have to wait a week + to get my funds. The first time this happened I was credited the money into my account while they did the investigation. That was not an option This time. $400+ ?? Once this gets resolved im gone! Its a shame I've been using PNC for 4 years now...

  Took a very large amount of my money and locked it up in a cd at a .03% interest rate that I did not approve. For one month was told they are doing everything they can to fix THEIR bank error costing me over $1800 in lost interest. After a month of calls, emails and visits I’m told nobody knows how it even happened and they still have not fixed the problem or reimbursed me my lost interest. Why would anybody want to bank with a bank that will make an error costing the customer and not fix it in a timely manner? And still can not fix their mistake after 4 weeks. This can not be legal!

  Final edit after resolution. Took 3+ days to get a business account update completed, but it's finally done. Had issues getting through over phone with no one answering. Met with branch manager yesterday and heard that they're understaffed and trying to get new people in to help out. Feel for the busyness, but also still expect a minimum level of customer support (like answering the phone when I try to call in over 3 days numerous times with no answer). Service was good once I went to the branch. Hope they can get the people needed to turn the level and speed of customer service back around.

  This branch is the worse most times. There are great staff members however but there is rarely enough people to assist with the flow of traffic. Wait times are always more than 30 minutes in the lobby , more than that in drive thru and even worse if you have to speak with anyone else at the other desk. I called to see if all the branch locations card making machine was down and i Held for 40 minutes and then disconnected! Horrible horrible horrible. All other branches at least answered.
