  This is not a good bank. Stay away. They didn't allow me access to a deposit for 10 days, lied to me about when it would be available, & continued to charge overdraft fees for bills I had to pay when I had plenty in my account to cover it. Very poor customer service & ethics.

  This location needs better management and scheduling. There's usually only one teller working both the walk-up counter and drive thru. There are more employees behind the desks and they looked bored with nothing to do. The coffee is a hit or miss because sometimes the machine doesn't work.

  Let me get this right. There is a data breach at one of YOUR vendors so you shut down access with ZERO notification. Then you want to charge me for replacements because YOUR VENDOR had a data breach. Then after waiting 2 weeks for a card you completely shut down the old card once again with NO NOTIFICATION and your reaction is aww so sorry we will send you another that might get there in 2 weeks as well. UNBELIEVABLE!!! It was Compass' issue and they should of had a new card to me overnight at no charge, period. FYI anyone wanting to do a mortgage there watch out, their underwriters will put you aside if a bigger deal comes in. Tacked on an additional week. Strait from the underwriters mouth. If there was a zero stars rating they would get it.

  By far the worst bank I have ever been to. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, the teller conveniently announced that she is leaving for lunch. I am shocked the management is so nonchalant about the behavior of the tellers.
