- JCJoe CannonSep 27, 20235.0I went in to get a new debit card and apply for a credit card. They were very timely and nice, even close to closing time. Overall I had a good experience visiting this branch.
- CHCassandra HernandezApr 6, 20221.0Absolutely awful. PNC is a terrible bank. Missing statements or missing check pages. Mandatory online waiting queue that asks 5 questions just to get inline. With BBVA utility payments were made electronically, with PNC they're issued via check leading to late or missing payments. Online customer service is limited with that they can do so they send you to the branch, and then when at the branch they need to call the online customer service team. Avoid this bank, and avoid this location. Use the Cahaba Heights location if absolutely have to bank with PNC. If you can move your accounts to another bank, I highly recommend it.
