  This branch had extremely poor customer service. Teller had pulled out the large amount of cash had override from another teller then called in supervisor to override AGAIN. This Indian supervisor and teller conferenced up a LIE ABOUT ANOTHER CUSTOMER HAD CALLED IN A LARGE WITHDRAWAL AND DIDN'T COMPLETE MY TRANSACTION. I WAS TRAVELING THRU AND NEEDED THIS. TERRIBLE BRANCH INTERACTIONS. FORMER BANK EMPLOYEE I AM TELLER AND SUPERVISOR SHOULD BE TRAINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE HOSPITALITY!!

  Been in line in the drive through for over 30 minutes and was only the 3rd car back still waiting. There is only 1 drive through lane open , sad that businesses use Corona virus for short staffing as an excuse for poor service.

  Security guard is nice. Tellers are expedient. ATM is sloooow. Should have card readers on counter for ease of transactions.
