The entire process is smooth, and customer service is always topnotch. Even if you happen to be a day late, she handles it with professionalism and respect no pressure or harassment.   This is a complaint against an employee of Sun Lloans in Albertville, Al. Christian was his name. He was very rude to me on the phone and in the office. Said my paper work was wrong that my address wasn't the same as I n my driver's license. Before we I left I ut of the office I was about to cry. Thank you to the other staff members for getting my loan for me.

  When I came in to make a payment for someone, Christian told me that he was on lunch and told me that he would be with me in a moment while he was talking to another customer while I was waiting for a long time. I felt that he was very rude.

  They have been so wonderful to me ! They are willing to work with you when life gets a little bit tough ! I’ve taken out small loans from other places, but none of them have worked with me the way Sunloan in Albertville has !! Would highly recommend to those who need a little extra help !

  I love using Sun Loan in Albertville al! They are always very nice Super friendly and always very helpful! Anytime i come in i always feel so welcomed! They always make sure if you have any questions that they are answered they do whatever they can do to help you! I want to give a huge shoutout to Casey,Brandy and Christian we are beyond blessed to have them! They go above and beyond for their customers!❤️
