- DTD TNov 21, 20251.0I can’t recommend this business for neurofeedback. I had good success with neurofeedback in the past (at a different place) and needed to utilize that service again. I was told in my initial appt that they were expanding that service and could work me in soon. After months of asking my assigned therapist about it, I was told they didn’t have enough qualified therapists to perform that service and was offered a different service with therapy that was not helpful. Their services are not prioritized to help their patients.

She is the most ethical and professional person I know. She understands and recommends valuable resources to improve the lives of all her clients. All the therapists go out of their way, to help the people under their care. They also provide support and encouragement for the families of their clients. My grandaughter was in and out of the hospital and a behavioral health facility. I was unable to get the care she needed. The therapists at Brain Advancement Center assisted me when she went through a difficult time. During a therapy session, she experienced some severe challenges. It was nice to have the support from the therapy team. They brought the therapy dogs and helped her and I during this difficult time. It is a blessing to have therapists thar show they care. Without their intervention she would not have received the proper care. I cried. Because it breaks my heart. She doesn't deserve these heavy burdens so early in life.
