  I can’t recommend this business for neurofeedback. I had good success with neurofeedback in the past (at a different place) and needed to utilize that service again. I was told in my initial appt that they were expanding that service and could work me in soon. After months of asking my assigned therapist about it, I was told they didn’t have enough qualified therapists to perform that service and was offered a different service with therapy that was not helpful. Their services are not prioritized to help their patients.

  I gave this place a call to start neurofeedback, was able to talk initially with Tammi Cooley. I got scheduled quickly for my intake then when made my first appointment which had nothing to do with nuerofeedback, I was not notified Tammi had cancelled it for a family emergency. So I was in person and the other Tammy talked with me and I asked about making an appointment with her for other services. When I called and emailed, I was left hanging. No response. Then I tried to ask Tammi Cooley about insurance and whatnot. Her response was that biofeedback and reiki are services not covered. So at this point, I was begging the question...how does any of this help with my mental health when the counselor Tammy didn't get back in touch and I didn't want to continue paying for reiki. I was annoyed and disappointed and left completely hanging since my question of how Tammy Cooley's services were actually helping my mental health was again, not responded to.

  Tammi Miller is an caring and thoughtful therapist. She puts her clientel first. Her top priority is to help people improve their mental health. She is the most ethical and professional person I know. She understands and recommends valuable resources to improve the lives of all her clients. All the therapists go out of their way, to help the people under their care. They also provide support and encouragement for the families of their clients. My grandaughter was in and out of the hospital and a behavioral health facility. I was unable to get the care she needed. The therapists at Brain Advancement Center assisted me when she went through a difficult time. During a therapy session, she experienced some severe challenges. It was nice to have the support from the therapy team. They brought the therapy dogs and helped her and I during this difficult time. It is a blessing to have therapists thar show they care. Without their intervention she would not have received the proper care. I cried. Because it breaks my heart. She doesn't deserve these heavy burdens so early in life.

  I have been going to therapy for 20 plus years and always dreaded going. Due to the lack of empathy, experience, and being able to sincerely relate. I have NO PROBLEMS with attending therapy with Brain Advancement Center. Being able to go there before I do anything for the week is MY HIGHLIGHT for the week. Everyone's energy is AMAZING and it's brings me comfort. Being able to relax and be myself has helped my progress expedite more than I ever have with previous therapist. Being able to be heard and understood is top notch. I have forsure found a FOREVER THERAPIST & am completely grateful for Amanda. She is the freaking BEST EVER!!
