  When my mother of 102 passed, we had the viewing and Funeral at Morgan's Funeral Home in Reedsville. They were so caring. My mother looked wonderful when Morgan prepared her for the viewing. The video that was shown of her and us was amazing. They provided a wonderful memory and Funeral. Thank you so much. You were so welcoming and kind to us. Marilyn

  One of the worst experiences I have ever had. My dog of 15 years had to be put to sleep rather suddenly on July 24th, so we asked Morgan's funeral home to handle the cremation, as they offer this service. In the rush, we forgot to remove his collar and asked Morgan to please save it for us. I picked up his ashes on July 26th and he informed me "he got in a hurry and forgot to remove his collar". Accidents happen, I get it, but he made no offer to make things right. He didn't offer any money back, not a new keepsake to replace the one he lost, nothing. He also failed to provide a certificate of cremation, something standard with every cremation. I walked out of there devistated. I called back later and demaded my certificate along with a refund for such horrible service. When I went back several days later to get my refund and certificate, I asked him why he failed to provide such a basic document. He said they don't usually do them, I pointed out that it was included in the package and listed in the brochure, his response? "We don't print the brochures". Avoid this place at all costs, I certainly hope they handle their human clients better than their 4 legged ones.
