  Just found out that you can get death certificates from the court house for only $5. Davis makes you pay $12 a piece. But they don't tell you that. My death certificates were wrong and I have to have them amended. When I asked if they were going to send me more, they said " oh, you can just get them from the court house for $5." Ummm seriously? Why wasn't I told that before? So now I have $36 worth of worthless death certificates and now have to go and pay for more when I could have just gone to the court house..??? His reply? "Mam, we try to help the family out as much as possible." Charging people more when they could spend less is not helpful. Retraction: from 3 stars to 4.5 - They did end up making things right which shows a lot, and I appreciate the swiftness in that. However, I still think they should either change their prices or advice people of their options.

  Hand downs the best. Entire staff is so compassionate and willing to help in every way possible through the most difficult time in my life. I would highly recommend Davis Funeral Home.

  My best friend passed unexpectedly. Davis funeral home helped me every step of the way to make a beautiful remembrance of life for her. The photos, music, the keepsakes were all absolutely perfect. If she were planning it right along with us, I don’t think she’d have wanted it any other way. I cannot recommend this funeral home enough. They even followed up with me, just to see how I was doing a while after the service. If I could give ten stars, I would. They treated all of us like family.

  David and his staff, especially James, were so supportive and helped with decisions about items needed for the funeral like the urn, the obituary, the video of the deceased, pamphlets, the funeral service and visitation, prayer cards, and follow-up help for the grieving process. I highly recommend Davis Funeral Home and Crematory to help you with difficult decisions and to help you navigate a smooth transition and gain peace of mind through the difficult process of losing a loved one.

  Davis Funeral Home is/was a Godsend... I called them 10/30/24 when my younger brother passed and again 01/15/25 when my mom passed and then again 11/01/25 when my Pop went to join them... Dave and his staff were amazing in their response and attentiveness... they walked me through all the paperwork and procedures. Ever phase of the procedures were handled with the utmost professionalism and caring. I can not express my gratitude enough for them. 5 stars just doesn't seem like enough. Highly recommend Davis Funeral Home. Thank you again.
