  Management seems pretty disorganized. It seemed like a nice facility overall and people were polite and friendly. But three times they were no-shows for scheduled meetings and we were the ones who had to call and track them down to reschedule. The one time that they did show up to meet us, they arrived an hour late with no call to let us know. At one point, the administrator told us we would have to pay three months in advance. That seems weird to me. And in the end, they declined my mom with no explanation. They said they would get back to me in a couple days with a reason, but of course that never happened.

  I want to say I’m sorry for negative things I had posted last weekend on this page. None of those things I stated were true, I misunderstood what my friend was saying to me about changes happening here. I truely am sorry for what I posted last weekend. This is a wonderful place to be and although the firing of my friend was wrong, they truely do have wonderful staff members and I can assure you that Elderly are wel taken care of!

  While visiting my family member today that resides at Wellington Place Rib, I had overheard staff talking about a management member taking over the building and bringing all her family in to run it. While also visiting my grandma I witnessed along with my sister, a staff member vaping down the hallway and another staff member whom I thought was smoking a vape but it turned out to smell like POT! How can you claim our family members are safe! Corporate and State will be contacted! Do better!

  My father had been a resident for about 10 months. He was then sent to the emergency room after a week of COVID at the facility. The facility was then mandatorily reported to the state for quality of care issues. A complete lack of communication.
