Called and demanded payment when we've always paid on time. Told me to come get my kid immediately .Under the new ownership , avoid at all costs. A good portion of the staff is also leaving because of the poor conditions. What use to be an ideal place to take your kids as now place avoid. Care of children has been steadily declining over the past year.

Very Unprofessional doesn’t inform parents about things that’s going around in the center, Center had lice and bedbugs for months and didn’t inform none of the parents Management is horrible. Children doesn’t learn anything and Directors are very money hungry

This review is for anyone with special needs kids. The staff at this facility has NO proper training when it comes to any children with special needs. They looked for every reason to kick my son out, even going as far as saying we need to accompany him on field trips, like I just send him to daycare to get him out of my hair and don't have a job. They'd tell us weeks after incidents that we need to do something about his behavior, but would never have any documentations of the incident ready when we asked, I guess they needed a chance to cover their asses. Finally, after giving us more and more stipulations for having our son in their daycare, we finally asked, "If you don't want to have special needs kids in your daycare, why couldn't you just say that instead in the first place?" and we were told that these stipulations only apply to OUR son. He has Aspergers, which isn't even considered autism clinically, as it is such a high functioning form of autism that the child doesn't even seem like a special needs kid, so we knew they were just trying to out a special needs child, instead of learn the proper training for handling these kinds of situations. Note, we have two other children that apparently behave just fine. I know the difference between special circumstances and when someone just doesn't want to do their job and this is unfortunately the latter. I'm sure the parents of other kids are happy, but me and my wife are not and any person reading this that has any problems finding help with their special needs children would understand, people with kids that are not special needs children DO NOT understand what a hardship it is to find a place that's not going to treat their child like a freak and make them miserable but the kid is 10 and all he knows now is that staff at daycares and schools do not care that he just wants to be treated like a normal person and it was the most unprofessional experience we've ever had. I hope in the future, they can at least make it clear that they have no tolerance or training to take care of special needs kids so no one else has to feel discriminated against. As a member of the Kenosha Chamber of Commerce, I will not be recommending their services to anyone.
