  Loss is always hard but when I say that James from Jones Funeral Service helped us along our journey, I mean it. Late April, we lost my grandmother after her very short stint in one of Oconto's care homes. She was taken to Jones and was given such care. Normally I would think it would be odd to write a Google review for something so morbid but I had to write about the amazing service James had provided. The professionalism and care during such a difficult time is not something I have seen in the funeral industry. He was honest when it came to pricing and explained the charges thoroughly. My grandma wanted to be made into a diamond and I wasn't ready for that so I opted for a urn necklace in the meantime. James had said he would place her remains into the necklace free of charge for me. It was very nice to be treated with such compassion. Like I said it is odd for me to write a review, but rest assured your loved one will be cared for and you guided during the hard time. Thank you James.

  We lost both our mother and our father within a few years’ time. Greg Jones was there with us every step of the way to help us arrange our final good-byes. The tremendous grief that comes with the loss of a loved one makes handling the final arrangements a daunting venture. With Gregs compassion, professionalism and knowledge of both of our parents personally, he was able to guide us through the process of planning their services and making the necessary arrangements that would be needed. When we were confused or conflicted, his gentle approach with suggestions and clarifications were such a blessing in a time of mental and emotional distress. We truly felt as though we were working with a friend to create beautiful memorials for both of our parents. We have no doubt that James and Alexis will carry on the dedication, empathy and communication that Jones Funeral Services and Greg and Kathy Jones have shown to so many in the community that they serve.   As my wife and I age and neither of us drive anymore and live near the funeral home my wife and I contacted jones funeral service to get advice on how best to be able to pre-arrange things so at our deaths our arrangements would be taken care of especially since we have no children and very little surviving family even now Greg and Kathy jones both were very kind and understanding as we worked prearraments that best preservedour assets and took care of our worries that the surviving spouse Not be saddled with bills for funeral and also last surviving spouse would be given a proper dignified burial thank you Greg and Kathy

  Extremely friendly, genuinely kind and sincere care from both Mr & Mrs Jones towards our family during loss of loved one. Very professional services. Highly recommend their services when the time comes and life be through here on Earth. Thank you for all you did for our grandmother's (Ida Mae) funeral today.
