- RMRachel McKayNov 10, 20255.0The entire Champions team has been the ABSOLUTE BEST to work with!! My daughter has struggled with drop-offs since day one. They have worked with her to try all different ways to pull her out of her sadness. They have created personalized books, created rewards charts, and spent a LOT of time and energy to make sure that she feels comfortable, safe and cared for! She still has some tough drop-offs, but they are fewer and fewer and she gets praised for the great days and encouraged/distracted on the tough ones. Every day, she is greeted, by name, with HUGE smiles from all the staff. Every single staff member is kind, responsive and they truly care about the children. I couldn't have asked for a better program to have my daughter enrolled in. They ALWAYS go above and beyond and I am grateful to have such a PHENOMENAL support to lean on and work with (bad drop-offs are hard on the parents as well as the student). I know that when I leave my daughter, she is in great hands and very well cared for. THANK YOU Champions Team!! From the bottom of my heart!!! <3

- TATed AugustineJan 18, 20221.0I'm just going to list stuff: - no security what's so ever, no one signed my child in, also people have picked up my child there without my knowledge (I am the only parent) - zero communication, multiple times my daughter came home with injuries and no report filed. - unsupervised on playground (how many times did I pick her up and drive by the playground with ZERO supervision) - extremely unprofessional, I'm all for relaxed work atmosphere, but sweat pants/yoga pants and crocs???? - I asked for a detailed explanation as to many of these problems and was quickly dismissed it and swept it under the rug. This company will not work with you, they will work in the best interests of their company, not the child, and they give off the image that they have teachers there, they are NOT, they're caregivers.....I'd expect more from.a community with such prestige. *I wish I could blame covid on these, but this is a consistent at champions, a full turnover of staff would help.

Its been very difficult and frustrating trying to talk to someone or get them to call back me back. I called maybe 2 weeks ago and have not got a call back. Even with emails it seems to take days to get a response. Also not very flexible with the schedule like they say they are.
