I was stressed about the well-being of the family & even calling this resource to discuss the situation was emotional. Ger Vang was so kind, understanding & helpful guiding me on how I could support the family through all the avenues & community supports I had tried, assuring me the rest was up to the family. I promptly was mailed several resources to share with the family. Ger, it's been a while since you helped me (I'm sorry I didn't write this review sooner). I recently spoke with the family & they shared how grateful they are & are doing much better with communicating & navigating stressors. Thank you for helping me navigate this. Together, with that family's wonderful commitment & resilience, we hopefully disrurupted a cycle for good. Thank you SO much!
