Best healthcare agency/company that I've worked for since my start in the field over 21 years ago. Nothing or no one is perfect however LSLS is top tier. The attention to clients needs are like no other. We treat them like they're another member of our immediate family. Staff have voices, we are appreciated and our input is respected, not over worked and underpaid like previous experiences in my opinion. It plays a huge part in retaining clients and keeping them happy healthy and at home.
