  Geneva Lakes Manor is a very pleasant place to stay and do rehab. The staff was kind, friendly and extremely efficient. If in the future, I find myself in need of more rehab, they would be my first choice.

  My experience at Geneva Lake Manor was way beyond my expectations, he service the care, the staff, amazing people. The therapist that really care about he people,the nurses who seem happy to be there helping people,not just because it's a job. I wish I could remember the names of all the Ladies. Mary,a very cheerful Lady always smiling, Lauren, I never got to say good bye to, love you girl, you did great keeping me on my toes,so to speak, all you other Ladies know who you are,you are all the greatest. I hope I never have to go back to rehab,but if I do, I would want to go back there!

  Horrible place, terrifying experiences! Don't send your loved ones here as 2 CNAs were fired for neglecting my mom! Obviously they don't care about their residents in the facility!

  My aunt is here for rehabilitation,the response times for care are terrible. I have not seen a response time under 10 minutes. Just now my Aunt was left on the toilet to the point her legs were hurting. We have family here as much as we can until she goes home. The staff is fine and friendly. My concern is how often my aunt is left without a response to care. She has made it clear that at night the call light was on for hrs without a response and from what I have seen during the day I would never trust a loved 1 here alone.
