Located in a quiet residential neighborhood minutes from Aurora Lakeland Medical Center and Aurora Burlington Memorial Hospital, our professional and dedicated staff brings small-town friendliness to top-notch care.     Mostly everyone was very kind, nighttime was a little challenging. We know staffing is an issue everywhere. Bathroom was a challenge, having to wait to long, and then some accidents. Overall hardworking kind people. Thanks

    This has to be the worst rehabilitation center in southeast WI. The care they give is subpar, staff members bring the kids in and watch them on the shift. Rooms and dining room are dirty hair and other debris on floor. There are better places in the area. Don’t send your love one to these place!!!!!!!!!!!!
