If you want to feel loved and cared for during this critical time, choose a hospice company where you feel like family.

You could tell, they cared for each other as co workers, and they were passionate about their work. They really wanted to get to know us as a family, which made it feel like they cared a lot about my dad's story. I actually have experience with multiple hospice groups, for my job, and I can tell you Grace is number one.
- NPNicole PelletierJun 7, 20171.0ZERO STARS. The doctor did not sign my grandfather's certificate of death which is currently delaying the cremation of his body. A lack of diligence on the part of the doctor is jeopardizing the process of rightfully laying my grandfather's body in its final resting place amongst his beloved family. This is utterly disgraceful and should NEVER happen under the practices of a business that offers services to those in mourning. This stays up until the issue is resolved.

What insurance do you accept?
We accept Medicare and many other insurances. Our patient representatives will verify your benefit coverage as part of the new patient registration process.
Does insurance cover in-home care?
Medicare and Medicaid insurance will cover in home care for those patients who qualify. Medicare will cover 80% of the allowed amount with the other 20% billed to the patient’s secondary insurer, the same as the physician’s office.
How quickly can I get a doctors visit?
For new patients, home visits can typically be scheduled within 3-5 business days of completing the registration process.
What if I need an urgent appointment?
Our mobile health care services prevent many urgent needs by seeing patients on an appropriate follow-up basis. When needed, we can usually get to your home for urgent needs within 2 business days.
What services do you offer?
We offer many of the same health care services you would receive in a doctor’s office setting including physical examinations, laboratory services, x-ray and ultrasound studies.
Do you offer emergency visits?
Contact your doctor at any time; we will schedule a sick visit within 24 to 48 hours. However, if it is a life threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the emergency room.
Can I still see my regular doctor?
In most instances HarmonyCares Medical Group will assume the role of your Primary Care Provider. HarmonyCares Medical Group will communicate and coordinate with any specialists you have as deemed necessary.
What are your hours of operations?
HarmonyCares Medical Group Providers generally make house calls between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. Our clinically trained staff is available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
