  Both of my parents lived here for five years, so I had significant exposure to Touchmark. On the positive side, the staff is genuinely caring and wonderful. Food is very good, and there are plenty of activities if residents choose to participate. Unfortunately, it is expensive and they will "nickel and dime" (more like 100's and 1000's) you for every dollar they can squeeze out of you - Touchmark Corp is a for-profit company after all. Especially upon vacating rooms, be prepared to pay many thousands of dollars that you did not anticipate.

  I was hired to do a beer pairing dinner here and the culinary and events staff was excellent to work with in preparation for and the actual event itself. The residents who attended were a mixed group in various living situations on the very beautiful property. Everyone was so happy to be here, which was very cool and heart warming. I was so impressed at how hard the staff (from management to caregivers, etc) worked to ensure everyone had a good time at the event.

  We loved our time at Touchmark. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful tour of the facility and were able to enjoy a lunch in the beautiful dining room.

  Just moved Mom into assisted living at Touchmark. It has been a wonderful experience. Extremely impressed with the whole process, including learning about the facility from Melissa and the needs assessment from Alyssa and the health care team. Touchmark has been very transparent and accurate in depicting the details of their facility. Everything has been as promised, with excellent personalized care, fabulous meals, a lovely physical facility and a huge range of high quality activities. We highly recommend Touchmark!

  I have had a very good experience working with Kimberli at Touchmark. She is always pleasant, patient, and respectful and she has helped me with several important matters. She truly cares and is willing to take the time to help however, she can. One thing I especially appreciated was when my mail had been mixed up by someone outside of Touchmark. I was looking for two very important items, including a check I needed to cash in and an invoice for my wife’s dental care and Kimberli spent hours helping me find them. She also helped me make calls to set up five donations and I was very thankful for that. She is helpful getting in contact with community foundation to donate to Touchmark Foundation. Kimberli is very compassionate and extremely patient. She is always willing to keep trying even when it is difficult to get a hold of the right people or sort something out. Touchmark is very fortunate to have someone like Kimberli and her actions truly help enrich lives here I am very grateful for everything she has done for me.
