It was 1:00am when my Mom passed and the hospice house asked where the body was headed. The last few hours of her life were a blur, and other than a no-frills cremation, she hadn't relayed her wishes. We hadn't made arrangements ahead of time. Looking for options online, literally in the wee hours, we saw the ad for the Cremation Society of Wisconsin. Suspicious of the inexpensive price, a fraction of that quoted from local funeral homes, we were skeptical, but decided to proceed. Even at that hour, I was able to talk to a person quickly. They answered all my questions, I filled out a short form online, made payment and the rest went very smoothly. I was waiting for the remains to be delivered before writing this review. They came this morning, right on time, as promised. They were always quick to answer an email or talk with me on the phone. The service was exemplary, especially appreciated in these difficult times.
