Ms. Blanca & Mr. Tyler provide an engaging, enjoyable, safe environment that fosters creativity, is inclusive, has reasonable expectations for the different age groups in the room but also high standards that are realistic for their developmental stage. My kid keeps asking to stay at champions and is excited to go to school because he has champions afterwards, which is a huge change since preschool. Given kids need to spend at least 13 years of their life in school, the massive change in attitude champions has helped provide because it's so engaging and rewarding for the students is priceless. Mr. Tyler is the best child care provider my son has ever had and that I've ever worked with including when I was a teacher for a decade. He is persistently calm and de-escalated any troubles that come up, is inclusive of diverse populations and disability. He's also timely and responsive to any issues, including praise and reinforcement of the positive and sending good news home about successes and joy. Whatever he's being paid, it isn't enough. He's truly exceptional.

We are so happy with their care and dedication to giving these kids such a wonderful experience. I can imagine a room full of mixed age groups can be challenging and our kindergartner just blossomed this year. The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualised way. The management is really committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment, should a problem ever come up they are always able to solve it quickly and efficiently. We are very thankful to Mr. Tyler and Ms. Blanca, a wonderful team, at Ruby bridges champions.
