  Touchmark Vancouver was highly recommended to us by a very good friend whose family owns and operates similar facilities in another state and she did not steer us awry. The staff is always warm, caring and friendly! My dad is well cared for and safe. My mom was very impressed with the entire facility and the staff. I highly recommend this facility. ~KC

  Touchmark is such a wonderful environment for my step-mom. We are particularly impressed with the fabulous work the Home Care team has done to help her stay independent and active in the community. Their compassion and ingenuity has made a huge difference for her (and we are so grateful for their support!)

  Touchmark is 5 star in every way. My father has lived at this wonderful retirement community for 3 years now. I never imagined any facility could provide such a warm personalized environment for dad. The frontline staff greet each person by name and ensures everyone feels like family. After a year, Dad advanced from assisted living to memory care. He adjusted very quickly and I attribute that to the staff’s loving kindness, expert knowledge in dealing with residents and daily stimulating activities. The care that my father receives at Touchmark is such a blessing; knowing he’s happy, safe and loved. Touchmark offers residents: Convenience to neighbors/friends Stimulating activities, and laughs Expert compassionate staff Loving care when I can’t be there Voted best in Clark County for a reason.

  To entrust your love one to someone else is very difficult. Especially when you been married to them for over 60 years. But choosing Touchmark and their team of amazing caregivers was the best decision for me. They don't just have a job, they have a vocation. They truly care about the people in their hands. I was often there and witnessed this firsthand. I am eternally grateful for their compassion.

  Touchmark - Claremont staff have been wonderful to work with. They treat my father with respect and love. They are always working to find solutions as it is needed. Aliyah always seems to have the time to hear any concerns my family has and brainstorm with us to find what works best as the situation changes. It is a difficult process as a parent declines and I am so thankful to be on this journey with people who truly do care.
