To remove a child before a conversation is upsetting. If staff need more training.. Train them.. My child attended champions for 3 days and was dismissed..

- AMAndrew McLenachenDec 18, 20235.0The caregivers with Champions CBE have been INCREDIBLY patient with my child, Riley. He is diagnosed with ASD and can be reactive. The caregivers and inclusion team have gone above and beyond to accommodate his needs. Special shout out to a caregiver who is no longer there, Fern, and an EXTRA special shout out to the current site director, Ms Kayla. My son, Riley, has been given multiple chances to learn from his poor behaviors and has been allowed to return after suspensions. He is on his last chance now, i hope he can learn to control his impulses before he gets kicked out for good. If he does get kicked out i will have no ill feelings towards Champions. Champions CBE is conveniently located, staff is friendly (i hope that they are well payed too), the organization accommodates for special needs children, its reasonably priced, they offer great camps for school breaks, the other children there are wonderful. I am grateful for the experience that i have had with Champions. I do want to leave an open apology to any staff, children, and parents that my son has had a negative effect on. Im putting a significant amount of effort in to helping him grow and hope that one day he will have the opportunity to become a healthy adult.
