highly recommend going to the gym because it has had a very positive impact on my overall well-being. It has helped me improve my physical health, increase my energy levels, strengthen my body, and reduce stress. Regular exercise has also improved my focus, mood, and daily discipline. The gym not only helps build physical strength, but also supports emotional balance and self-confidence. Maintaining a consistent workout routine has taught me commitment, self-care, and the importance of healthy habits. For these reasons, I believe the gym is an excellent option for anyone who wants to improve their quality of life, health, and overall well-being, regardless of age or fitness level. ⸻ If you want it shorter, more formal, or adapted for school or work, I can refine it instantly 💪✨

There’s so much to love at the Gordon YMCA , I could list a hundred things and not cover all the activities, free classes and social events that they offer, and they do so well. The confidence that my girls have acquired since attending here has been nothing but amazing! Special shout out to Amber, whom we were lucky enough to have as our ambassador to the Y. Because of her, we felt truly welcomed and had a sense of belonging right away. She continues to make us feel this way 3 years later… thank you Amber 🙏🏻🥰! Alas, no place is 100% perfect and the only issue we’ve ever had is with the swimming pool. Kids under the age of 12 must pass a swim test or be accompanied by an adult to have access to most of the pool, and rightly so… the kids who have passed need to get a color coded bracelet that allows them in. However… there have been one too many times when there is no one available to get these bracelets for the kids and we’ve spent 20 minutes of our 30 minutes of swim time just waiting for them. This Y exceeds every standard I can think of… except for this. Even with that being said, if you’re looking for a gym in the Sumner/Bonney Lake area that’s family oriented, has a great staff, is clean and reasonably affordable I encourage you to check them out, and ask for Amber 😉!
