  As a family, we feel so blessed our mom is now living at Avista. She is safe, and all of her needs are met. The staff here are compassionate to everyone, and well trained to help with any circumstance that may arise. Avista is one large family, and it’s so nice to hear my mom calling Avista her home. This is the third time we had to move mom due to poor leadership and staff management. And boy howdy, are we happy Avista came into our lives! If I could give ten stars, I would! We can finally sleep at night knowing mom is getting the proper care she highly deserves.

  Mom loves it. She's got a bunch of new friends, enjoys the many activities, loves the food, has a great time with staff...it's a new, exciting world! This is a great place for her...and I see it in the other residents, too.

  AVista Senior Living has truly been a blessing for both Mom and our entire family. After being abruptly moved from Montana to Spokane due to a medical emergency we determined that staying in Spokane was best for Mom. Navigating this process from out of state was definitely challenging but Doug Koyle and his team worked with us, the skilled nursing facility she was transferred from and anyone else who needed to be involved to make the transfer as easy as possible. No questions are too small or insignificant. Mom absolutely loves her new community at AVista - and that's quite a shift in her thought process. Cannot recommend AVista Senior Living Spokane highly enough!! We will always be grateful for their care, kindness and support during a very challenging time for our family. The peace of mind we now have is priceless!

  My mother is very happy at Avista. I feel they're taking good care of her while still allowing her independence.
