He was my partner, my love, and my life. I had no experience with such a crushing and devastating loss. While he was in hospice care, I made several calls to different funeral homes and cremation facilities. I needed information about what to do, costs, and how to proceed. Two of those calls were to Hennessey Funeral Home north and valley. My stress and worry were comforted the minute I heard Allie Greens voice at Hennessey Valley Funeral Home. Allie immediately put me at ease. She was very patient, respectful, empathetic, and a complete blessing! She is a beautiful sole. She made a very difficult time and process, bearable. She graciously answered all of my questions and concerns with no pressure or concern for money or paperwork. Upon my husband's passing she gently walked me through the process with genuine care and concern. She again, answered all of my questions and thoughtfully listened to my personal history and reasoning for a scatter urn. She helped me make a decision on a scatter urn and even a pocket urn. She even offered to special order a urn based on our favorite pass time that she heard me speak about. I don't know if I could have gotten through this without her help and compassion. She even provided me with social security information and a business and financial checklist of things I would need to take care in the days ahead. Allie Green is a godsend.
