- RHRichard HoodDec 18, 20191.0We just pulled my child from Champions. At first she loved it, but then she began having meltdowns about going. One parent stopped Mom before picking her up to tell her the staff was screaming at our daughter. This is NOT okay no matter the situation. It explained so much. We switched schools and she's never been happier. This place is cramped as well. The staff turnover rate is high and has no consistency for the children. The new staff is rude and unprofessional. If you thought of enrolling your child here, for their sake; don't. I beg you to look elsewhere.

Once customer service finally sent my sternly worded email to the site director, she called me personally, fixed everything, and told me I could call her directly with any more issues. I had to have her fix one more thing about a week later, but it's been about 2 months now with no issues whatsoever. The teachers at this location are wonderful and my son loves them. They have been professional and friendly every single time. I now would recommend this program to others.
