- KOKeshia OrtegaMar 20, 20172.0The staff are very nice and my daughter loves to go to before and/or after school care. The billing is all screwed up and they do not track it very well. I feel like I am being doubled charged because they don't send the billing often and by the time it comes I forget when she went. Just recently, I was charged for something back in February and we are now in mid March. Why did it take so long. In addition, they allowed my daughter to check in without my permission and charge me for it. I had to tell them not to allow her in unless they call me. We are always waiting for her and tell her when to go and not go. Unfortunately I work and don't have anyone to pick her up on my training days. If you can arrange a different option please do
