We scheduled a one-hour visit for 3:00 PM. Later, they reached out asking if we could come at 4:00 PM instead. We agreed.
When we arrived, they met us at the entrance and immediately asked if we work at UW or Harborview. When we said no, they told us they don’t take families unless they work at those places.
This information could — and should — have been communicated in the initial email or clearly stated on their website. It would have saved everyone time and avoided an unnecessary trip. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

My four and a half year old son has been going to this center since he was five months old. The staff and teachers are nurturing and caring. His current teachers Mr. Marlon and Ms. Cardina really make an effort to engage the children with their weekly lesson plans. The center is committed to providing a safe, fun and loving environment that is racially diverse and multicultural. Their leadership team is great at communicating with the parents, especially with the constant changing protocols regarding COVID. Stacey and Fanny are prompt and responsive. They really care about the children’s safety and attentive to the needs of their staff. My son is happy and thriving at this center. I would recommend this place.

My daughter has been going to UWCC for the past 1 1/2 years. They are kind and nurturing and I have trusted them with her care. Getting updates and pictures throughout the day is the best. Their covid response has been amazing and I have trusted my daughter to be there throughout a huge crisis. I'd recommend them to any parent looking for a loving , caring place for their child.

I started my son at 8 months old in the infant room and he is now in the toddler room. We have had nothing but a great experience. Stacey the director is always so sweet and attentive and Fanny the health director is always very helpful and kind. All of the teachers are loving and caring and I have so much trust in all of them. Definitely recommend for child care needs. It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for and that is quality care for your little ones 😊

I have trusted UWCC with both of my babies from 3 months until kindergarten. My kids have flourished here. They are smart, kind, loving kids and I truly believe that is in large part to the family that is UWCC. I tell all of my expectant co-workers that there is no better childcare than here at UWCC!
