No matter your story, we welcome you to join us as we all try to be a little bit better, a little bit kinder, a little more helpful—because that’s what Jesus taught. We are a diverse community of followers of Jesus Christ and welcome all to worship here. We fellowship together as well as offer youth and children’s programs.
Jesus Christ can make you a better person. You can make us a better community. Come worship with us. Church services are held every Sunday. Visitors are always welcome.
Beautiful neighborhood building is cherished by this friendly, Christian congregation.

Back in 1963, I was walking to the Lutheran church I was attending at the time and decided to walk along 44th Avenue SW instead of California Avenue. I walked by this building and read "Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints" and thought to myself "I wonder what goes on in there?" It wasn't too long and I found out. We met some LDS missionaries and I was baptized a member of the Church on February 1, 1964. I was 11 years old. This is the chapel where I grew up. I have many fond memories of this place. This is where I gave my first talk in Sacrament meeting, became an Eagle Scout, and where I left from and came home to from my mission to Germany. This is where I gained a testimony of the restoration of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It will always have a very special place in my heart. I understand what the previous reviewer is saying and especially the pain behind it. This isn't an excuse for the people who have done bad things to them and the people they mentioned, but pick out any group of people and you will have members of that group who do terrible things. Don't give them any more power in your life.
