- JJJessica JohnsonJan 28, 20255.0This place is AMAZING. My daughter started coming at 4 months old and I was so scared to leave her (she is now almost 11 months). Within minutes of walking out, I started getting pictures and messages. They knew it was hard for me and they did a wonderful job. The teachers do so many activities with the kids from singing and dancing to painting and doing crafts. I can tell how much they love her. Since the addition of the new director, Brenna, the center has gotten EVEN BETTER (if you can believe it). She is a ray of sunshine and I can tell how much she cares about everyone there including the staff and kids! She is so kind! Sheri, Melissa, Lulia and Mariana are all so great too as the primary caregivers of our baby girl. She has blossomed and grown so much being there and it's honestly been a huge relief to see her hit these major milestones. We've also met so many other parents and they do great events so we can all interact. I always know what is going on with our baby and feel so confident in their abilities! 5 stars ALL AROUND! (BTW, we toured the KinderCare up 2 blocks first and it was night and day between the staff, state of the playroom and cleanliness.)

- CRCherie RobinsonFeb 27, 20215.0Bright Horizons at West 8th has been like a second home for my kids since 2016. Our daughter graduated last year from K-prep more than prepared for kindergarten. Our 5 year old is in K-Prep this year and the growth he continues to have is because of the supportive and nurturing environment the BH teachers have provided. Our 3 year old can’t wait to go to school every day and she comes home every day excited about all the activities she did during the day. We’re also excited to have our newest baby join the Bright Horizons family in May. Having watched the other kids in the infant class, I know how safe and cared for he will be. I can’t say enough about the staff and teachers at the center - beyond exceptional and dedicated to the safety and growth of my family. I’d recommend the center to anyone looking to have a stable and caring environment for their children to go to every day.
