Admin and staff are so supportive and communicative through transitions, and my child has thrived in the last year of transitioning to this center. Teachers were supportive through adapting to new language, new teachers, toilet learning, class transitioning; admin are communicative, thoughtful, and above-and-beyond helpful.

I often see my little one sitting comfortably in their laps, hugging them, dancing, playing, reading, and making art with her teachers in class. With their guidance, she has learned so much, from speaking new words to sharing with friends and cleaning up after herself. Her teachers are always full of positive energy and warm smiles, and I feel completely reassured knowing she is in such loving and capable hands.

As a military family until very recently, this is our third daycare experience in our third state over just the past three years (!). We were very sad to leave the daycare at our last duty station, but have been quickly relieved to watch our kids settle into Bright Horizons SLU so seamlessly. Our kids both love their teachers and the admin team are highly effective. The only watch out is I-5 related traffic… but traffic challenges are true of so many daycares across Seattle that I don’t consider that a deal breaker. Just something to factor in to your personal drop off and pick up route.
