The teachers and admin staff create a caring and supportive environment that makes the children enjoy their early introduction to education. We've also seen the admin team take earnest efforts to support their teachers to ensure a consistency experience for their families. Pick up and drop off is so convenient at this center with a huge parking area (with electric car charging facility) and relatively safe surroundings.

The teachers are amazing—genuinely kind, attentive, and great with kids. She talks about her teacher all the time and clearly feels safe and happy there. The environment is warm and nurturing, the food quality is great, and I feel completely confident about her safety and well-being. Bright Horizons has been such a positive experience for our family—we’re really grateful for the staff and the care they provide.

Her teachers, Aimee and Anxhela, were amazing—so kind, personable, and truly attentive, especially as our little one needed some extra support with feeding. We want to especially recognize Anxhela, who went above and beyond every single day. She was always so loving, attentive, and on top of everything, and it gave us such peace of mind knowing our daughter was in her care. We couldn’t have asked for a better start for our child!

We observed multiple instances where our child's fundamental needs were neglected. For example, his diaper remained unchanged for nearly three hours, falling to his ankles, despite the stated policy of changes every two hours. After water play, he was left in soaked socks and shoes for hours in an air-conditioned room (his feet being visibly cold, soaked, and wrinkled), even though we had provided dry replacements. These incidents were particularly disappointing, especially given that the classroom was under-capacity, Bright Horizons' strong reputation and good reviews. We expected a much higher standard of care and supervision.
