Anxhela and Celene are truly exceptional and set the gold standard for infant care. As first-time parents leaving our infant in someone else’s care, trust was everything—and somehow, in just one month, this dream duo has built an incredible foundation of confidence, safety, and genuine partnership with us. Their communication is thoughtful and consistent, and the frequent photos they send throughout the day provide real reassurance and connection. They are intentional about developmental exercises, deeply attentive to each baby’s needs, and bring warmth, calm, and genuine joy into the classroom. One of the most meaningful outcomes has been their quick success in teaching our 3-month old to nap independently in her crib—a skill that has seamlessly carried over to home and speaks volumes about their expertise, consistency, and understanding of infant development. Their professionalism, empathy, and positive energy make it clear that our child is not just supervised, but truly nurtured.
Alize and Joelle exemplify what outstanding leadership looks like in early childhood education. Alize is the heartbeat of Bright Horizons Interbay. The center runs like a well-oiled machine under her guidance, yet she remains deeply hands-on—contact napping babies, knowing each child personally, and fostering a genuinely supportive, community-driven environment. The fact that the infants literally crawl toward the window when she walks by is both adorable and incredibly telling—she has built real relationships. Joelle complements this leadership perfectly with clear, proactive communication and an incredible attention to detail. She is affectionately known as the “baby whisperer”—able to feed a baby a bottle when others can’t—an extraordinary skill that speaks to her patience, intuition, and deep experience. Despite her leadership role, she knows every child by name, reinforcing a culture where children and families are truly seen and valued.
The broader team makes this center truly special. Kim, while working the front desk, consistently steps into the infant classroom—reading books, practicing early verbal cues, supporting feeds, and engaging with the babies in ways that clearly reflect care and experience. Bri, who often closes the infant classroom, brings a calm, positive attitude and strong communication that ensures parents end the day feeling confident and informed. Tim, the art teacher, plans thoughtful, creative, and developmentally appropriate activities, even for the youngest children, and brings a warmth that shows genuine love for his work and the kids. Together, this team creates an environment that is safe, enriching, joyful, and deeply human.
Bright Horizons Interbay is everything a daycare should aspire to be: developmentally intentional, emotionally supportive, exceptionally well-run, and filled with people who genuinely care. We feel incredibly lucky to be part of this community and are grateful every day for the trust, consistency, and love they provide to our little one.
