We utilized the Sammamish Bright Horizons location for backup care for our eldest daughter last week. The team was incredibly warm and welcoming and my daughter came home with so many fun stories about her day. This is the first time we have utilized this resource and the process couldn't have been smoother. My daughter has been talking all weekend about how much she is wanting to come back. Overall, I would highly recommend this school.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Bright Horizons at Sammamish. Despite signing up for back-up care two months in advance, we received an email at 8 am on the morning of the scheduled care stating that it had been canceled. This last-minute notification left us scrambling to make alternative arrangements, and we had to cancel the remaining days of care.
Furthermore, our experience with the center was underwhelming. The facilities were inefficiently managed. As a family who has relied on Bright Horizons' backup care services in other locations (Everett and Bellevue) for 4-5 years without issue, this experience was particularly disappointing.
The lack of reliability and poor customer service displayed by the Sammamish location falls short of our expectations. We hope that Bright Horizons will take steps to address these issues and provide a better experience for families in the future.

We have had a great experience so far here. Smooth onboarding, they take care of 1st timers really well, celebrate different occasions and there seems to be a good camaraderie between the staff that translates into happy kiddos! Special shout out to Miss Shashi and Miss Vijaya who go above and beyond in handling & taking care of the little kiddos!

We love BH at Sammamish! My oldest only went there for pre-k and we loved it so much our infant is now there!. My oldest was prepared (academically and socially) for kindergarten. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The staff is amazing. They have a chef that prepares the meals.
They are following and up-to-date on all COVID protocols. I get wonderful pictures and updates on my youngest throughout the day.
Pre-COVID they hosted some evening and weekend events that were so much fun: like a STEM showcase and messy day.

We started with bright horizons Sammamish two months ago after hearing all the rave reviews about Bright horizons in general. The experience has been the stark opposite of it, to say the least. All through the two months, my son was there I never felt that his teachers or management cared for him and it felt more like a money minting business to me. The teachers were rude to my son and were put off by my son’s behavior if he didn’t want to change his diaper immediately after waking up. I mentioned this to the coordinator Kristin but she did not take any action to improve this.
My son is a picky eater so I requested several times if I could get an update during or after his day at school what all he ate and how much he slept but again the lack of inaction made me feel they couldn’t care less about the kids' well-being. Every day my son would come home tired or hungry and I would have no information on how he slept or ate as they wouldn’t share any updates with me. I would end up guessing on his eating and sleeping schedule. I mentioned this to management and raised with Kristin but again there wasn’t any action. All I got was fake assurance but never any concrete steps.
My son came home with a scratch on his nose which really wasn’t a big deal, however, I would expect his teachers to let me know what happened and how he got hurt.No body mentioned anything to me ever related to it.
I had sent my son to the daycare thinking that he would have a nurturing and caring environment to learn and grow in but turns out Sammamish branch director and the coordinator only care about the monthly payments. I pulled out my son from Bright Horizons mid-month even after paying a full month fee because I couldn't torture him more.
I would never ever send my kid to Bright Horizons again and would also advise my friends against it.
