Tapestry Therapy is a welcoming, compassionate space for healing and transformation. Licensed therapist Sarah Kardelen offers therapy in-person in Renton, Washington and online throughout Washington State to teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity and relationship concerns, domestic violence, and divorce. She is certified in Lifespan Integration, an evidence-based somatic approach that gently supports trauma resolution and attachment repair. Sarah is especially passionate about working with immigrant communities and provides therapy in Turkish and English. Grounded in a commitment to individual and collective liberation, she helps clients reconnect with their authentic selves and build meaningful, life-giving relationships.
