  I have Pros and Cons using Harmony Cares as an in-home medical provider for my mom. PROS: 1st- Big shout out to their scheduling analyst Rochelle. She is one of a kind employee very consistent of being so kind and polite since day 1 my mom gets into Harmony Cares services. 2nd- Dr. Gene Hao and his assistant Jason are great! We always have a positive experience during visits. 3rd- Very convenient to use their services for people who has no ability to go out to seek medical check ups and follow ups for a primary care provider. They will be at your door steps when you need them. CONS: 1. Most of time its hard to get into phone with them. When i have some questions for the nurse, i usually get transferred many times before i can get through. Scheduling line is also a hassle when gets answered by other state front desk or schedulers that are sometimes rude and makes me wanting to just speak with Rochelle which i understand shes the only local scheduler so whether my call will be transferred to her right away or have to leave voicemail for her, im just glad that she calls back right away. I just hope more people will answer calls locally and not just Rochelle. I cant imagine how hard for her to answer calls left and right along with other stuff that she needs to do. I work as an office admin before and i know how it feels. Other than that i still rate them 5 stars! Thank you HarmonyCares!

  I work for a couple of Adult Family Homes in Gig Harbor. We just started working with Harmonycares. Our residents and their families couldn't be happier! Dr. Hao and his team are amazing. They are attentive and patient. Trish who works with me to do all of the intake and such is so sweet and gets things going quickly and smoothly. Thank you for being such a great resource for our residents! Highly recommend Harmonycares 😃

  I am very disappointed with the care that this medical association has provided at an adult family home in Gig Harbor, Wa. Just to name a few of my complaints 1. Their Doctors took way to long to respond and schedule treatment plans. 2. Medications that were desperately needed took weeks to get these medications to their patients. By not having medications on time has been detrimental to their overall health so they sufferd needlessly. 3. To get a response after contacting them sometimes took several days.

  My family feels incredibly fortunate to have Harmony Cares staff taking care of my sister in her Care Home. Her doctor and his staff are always easy to talk to and compassionate. I highly recommend their service. A+.

  Although the turnover has been a problem, there is not anywhere near enough staff and calls / communication could use improvement - I believe the practitioners care about their patients. Be persistent, keep calling when you need something - they will help, but it's not without effort on your part during the pandemic and staffing shortage.
