We have had such a positive experience with Patrice at Family Circle Learning Center and cannot recommend her highly enough. She is truly an exceptional educator who goes above and beyond to ensure the well-being and development of every child in her care.
Patrice creates an environment that is both nurturing and stimulating. Our child has not only flourished academically under her guidance, but has also developed crucial social and emotional skills. Patrice has a remarkable ability to see each child's individual strengths and tailor her interactions and activities to maximize their growth. She handles challenges with patience and grace, always prioritizing positive reinforcement and clear communication.
Beyond her professional expertise, Patrice is a genuinely warm and thoughtful person. She makes parents feel valued and informed, providing great communication about daily activities and milestones. Knowing our child is excited to go to Family Circle every day and comes home happy, engaged, and eager to share what they've learned is the greatest testament to Patrice’s dedication. She's a tremendous asset to the Family Circle Learning Center community!

It's truly disheartening and distasteful to see unfair, fake reviews targeting such a wonderful person, especially when it seems to stem from someone not getting their way. I want to share my family's genuine experience.
Patrice is, without a doubt, one of the best and most treasured teachers at Family Circle.
From the moment my child joined her classroom, she has been an absolute rock for both of us. Patrice has been instrumental in my son's journey, making a profound impact on his:
Development and Education: Her thoughtful approach to learning is exceptional.
Social-Emotional Growth: My son has blossomed under her guidance.
Her dedication doesn't stop in the classroom. She maintains wonderful, consistent communication with me, which has been crucial in helping me reinforce his learning and development at home. She truly is someone you want—and need—on your team.
Most importantly, Patrice creates an environment where every child feels loved, safe, and truly seen.
As the head teacher of the School-Age room, she is always innovating, creating fun, memorable activities and field trips that kids rave about! These trips are a fantastic way for all children to enjoy a fun "vacation" and explore our state (and are only marred when others choose to bring negativity).
Patrice's heart is completely dedicated to seeing every single child succeed in life. She is a compassionate, dedicated, and outstanding educator, and we are so lucky to have her.
All three of my children have attended this daycare since infancy. The same woman has worked in the infant room and watched all three of them and she is great. All of my kids’ teachers are super friendly, communicate well, and are just honestly such good people and are so deserving. My children are very comfortable with them because most have been there for years. They are flexible with specific dietary restrictions, they have outings, engaging activities, and an open door on the office for welcoming communication. The staff has even seen my kid having a meltdown in the parking lot and came out to help. The negative reviews on here are wildly dramatic and paint an inaccurate portrait. I would never have my kids attend a center I thought to be subpar. If you tour the place, you will get a homey feel from it right away. It was the only place I felt comfortable with when I was touring daycares years ago. And here we are, 5 years later.

Our daughter attended for a year starting in Cassidy's class and finished her year with Danni. We could not have asked for better teachers for our daughter. They're very caring and kept our daughter engaged with physical activities, arts and crafts, and helping our daughter learn to write, among other things.
To address other reviews, we definitely did not have any of these experiences. Disclosure: We did not receive any benefits for this review as another person stated the good reviews are for. We just left this learning center because we moved away. This review is deserving.
The staff has always been a pleasure to work with. All staff were respectful to us and other parents around me. Treat with respect, receive respect I guess. I never saw issues occur.
Kids don't get timeout, they move to the office to calm down with the office staff where they have toys and activities they can do until the child feels ready to rejoin the class. They also ask for parents to provide plenty changes of clothes in case accidents happen, and they do have a limited supply of extra clothing in case our daughter ran out. We would bring more clothes in any time she started to run out of clothes. The teachers give you plenty of heads up for what the kids need, too.
We are very active with our child at home, which the staff saw in our child's growth and development, and just as much we saw how much she grew and how much she learned with all the activities and art she brought home.
The staff was also very accommodating any time she had special meal needs or other care when we had instructions from a doctor.
I really wish our daughter could keep attending FCLC. I can't say enough good things about them.
I would give a 0 star if there was an option! I dont have my kid there, and never will, also prevent everyone I know to have their children go there. We had an interaction with their camp group at the Kiwanis Park on 8/19/25. Patrice (or Latisha) and Monte were the head staffs, leading the group of 15-20 kids there. Not to mention that they took the public table we were at, without asking placing their stuffs there, they had the nerve to ask us move, which I refused. Then the lady had her eyes on her phone the whole time, talking on the phone too. She yelled at the kids, and her coworker, very rude and obnoxious tone. No wonder the kids didn’t know how to behave, how did they learn anything from teachers like that. The kids were not taking turns and waited in line, so they took my kids turn on the zip line, I then politely asked them to wait in line, to share turn playing at a public playground. Patrice then pursuited to yell at me, and talked on the phone at the same, I felt to disrepected and embarrassed. She wasn’t even there to listen to the conversation, and kept yelling on the phone. Do not waste your money to send your kids there, also your kids will learn horrible manner while they are there.
