- IFIVY FRANCESApr 11, 20265.0Took my granddaughter here for a swimming day and the staff are so helpful in the environment is so clean and the swimming area (kiddie pool) is big enough to have fun and play in for toddlers and the temperature is great there's even a little fountain in the pool but it's not too big to worry about older kids. Highly recommended if you have a child under the age of six.

Aquatics Director cannot be bothered to (a) be there in the office, (b) pick up the phone, or (c) return messages. We cancelled our family membership today after the way she spoke to me. Honestly, this place charges an arm and a leg for services they do not even provide (see also: day care hours not matching what is advertised). I will be encouraging everyone to utilize the local high school pool, for a fraction of the price! UPDATE: It's been 3 weeks, and despite the tinned legal response from Mel Korum YMCA seen here on Google, not a single soul "reached out to me to learn more." What conclusion are we to draw from this? Not only are these people incompetent, but they are also liars. I would not trust the safety of my child to the leadership of this YMCA, and neither should you.
