  As for the Pullman facility as my loved one has only been in there a few months I don’t see the AA cleanness at all, and they could definitely use some lessons on how to clean.

  We had a great experience with our dad at Regency. Kind and communicative staff who always tried to engage him. When he needed extra care they worked with us to get things in place. I had an autopay for billing and if his charges exceeded that they were easy to work with for me to pay the additional balance.

  My mom lived in the memory care wing for about three years. Every time I saw her she told me how much she hated Regency. I grew to hate it too. The girls who work on the floor are decent --- their hearts always seemed in the right place. But the lack of communication, the low level of medical care, the lousy food and the non-existent activities were always a grinding reality. The place bumbled along, but with the onset of pandemic, the ineptitude and lack of real understanding of the elderly jumped to the fore. Try to find an alternative --- especially with the pandemic. Once the pandemic has passed, with constant visitation and familial supervision the place is passable. Be prepared to provide a lot of extras.
