Peninsula Evangelical Friends Church is located halfway between Port Angeles and Sequim WA on the Old Olympic Hwy. in the Agnew community. The church serves a wide area including Quilcene, Port Townsend and Joyce as well as Port Angeles and Sequim.
The church was founded as an American Sunday School Union ministry in the 1930s in what was then called the Agnew Helpful Neighbors Hall. In the 1940s the church moved to its present location at the corner of N Barr Rd and Old Olympic Hwy.
In 2019, the Agnew Helpful Neighbors gifted the Agnew Hall to the church, who renamed it as the Agnew Friends Hall.
The church teaches salvation is by grace alone through faith in Christ as revealed in the Bible, our final standard of life and doctrine.
