    Management lies and doesn’t care about the residents. They are never available to answer questions and will never return a phone call as promised. Management will tell you one thing and do something different and never will explain their reasoning. Very very bad customer service. Management needs to be replaced. The facilities is nice and the staff that takes care of the residents, But the nursing Director and activity manager needs to be replaced immediately.
