First time being here and absolutely lovin it! The facility and equipment is all new , swimming pool, track, weights, machines, chill environment with a diverse crowd . The new equipment stood out the most — everything looked brand‑new and fully stocked. I was surprised by how much they actually have in one place. The pool was way larger than I expected, and pretty much everything you’d want in a gym.

I have a membership here. My boys play basketball and this morning we walked in to find out that every Saturday the basketball gym will be closed until March. Instead the YMCA is renting it out to the Swish league. There's a whole hour from 7am to 8am that my boys can use it. I asked to speak to someone about the entire day being missing. Their response was, it's our duty to the community. And I have six other days of the week I can use the gym. They are only ones with a gym aparantly and my membership fee seems to mean nothing to them. When I asked about extending hours on Sunday they said that the hours were 12p to 4p. Which doesn't really doesn't sound like they care for their community. A memember is getting their benefits taken away for the community but a member can't ask for their benefits to be increased because they took them away? They do the same thing for the pool too.

This facility is very modern and very spacious i recently started going here and made it about a month before small town rumors turned the staff against me and my 2 children I was apparently classified as a certain type of individual and never told exactly any clarification just told I was being banned for 6 months it was there word against mine I imagine I'm not the only one that this has happened to i would give them zero stars im so beyond shock I've never been so ashamed of my county there go to was that they felt uncomfortable that was there lie but the implications were not so this was there way of covering up there bad judgements I was targeted end of story not a very Christian organization in any way quite the opposite that's my opinion
