While we have decided to wait before making the move, we definitely feel that Island House is the best place for us and plan to move there when the time comes. Juliet, Wilson and Sandy were warm, friendly, and made us feel that Island House could be home. Our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly.

My feeling is that administration and staff are warm and try to ensure that the residents are well taken care of. The location is convenient for the residents, and I think they do provide adequate wellness activities for the residents. I would like to highlight Juliet and Wilson. Both have been very responsive to my questions and have helped my mother ease into her new community. Juliet was patient, considerate and showed a lot of humanity and sensitivity as she wanted the transition to be comfortable for my mother and family. The staff who sit at the front desk are really the angels for my mother. I can't agree more that they are super sweet and helpful towards everyone. For now, Island House works very well for our family and I would recommend it this community to others.
